Login in to Web ui:

Let us log into the WEB UI. There are two general ways to open the log in screen of SAP CRM. 

   Go to the SAP GUI
   Give the transaction CRM_UI and press ENTER.
   You will be directly taken to the log in screen.
   If this does not work means you are using older versions of CRM.

  Or
  Go to the SAP GUI.
Easy access menu

right click favourite in Easy access menu and secify CRM_UI in insert transaction code ,then click the application u will direct to web ui screen like this

Specify the user name and password and you will enter the business Profile screen

Here you can choose which business profile you are goin to work with either sales ,service,marketing or CIC agent or manager profile...

Here i have selected sales business role which can be worked for sales contract,sales agreement,sales quotation,sales order creation for the sales operations  can be done here ....
